Optimus Mini-Three OLED Keyboard

A few months ago, slashdot had a story about an OLED keyboard where every key was a mini OLED display. Of course it seemed more like a design concept than a market-ready product. The same designer is now showing a mini version of that concept that will connect via USB and has three keys. The image on the left doesn't do it justice - go play with the flash version.

The clock actually stays updated, the email counts go up, and the media player button displays cover art and track times - each button also has some action associated, and the control / alt keys can be used to have more than one action.

I will likely order one - this looks like an awesome accessory, provided the software support works well and covers lots of applications. Yes, the software is Windows-only for the moment, but I suspect this will be a very popular hacker toy, so other OS support should be imminent.

420 hp 6.1-liter HEMI - I'm in love. AWD and 0-60 in sub 5 seconds. WAY cheaper than an Escalade.

Thinking seriously about replacing the Expedition with one of these...
